Reel Motion Workshops
We regularly facilitate all levels of Parkour Workshops.
Come join us each Thursday at this unique in- and outdoor skate-park, featuring a one-of-a-kind massive FOAM PIT. Classes will include strength & conditioning exercises, focused parkour/freerunning techniques, training tips plus loads of time to session up the park's obstacles.

Cost: R60 (R30 entry + R30 workshop)
Location: Urban X Skatepark, Sunninghill, Gauteng
Directions: Cnr Edison Crescent & Maxwell Drive, Sunninghill Village Shopping Centre, Sunninghill, Johannesburg (Park in the underground parking near the entrance to the shopping center. The skatepark is situated directly across the Post Office, next to Fight Fit club. Entrance to the park is through the Urban X retail clothing store.)
